• If your last name is less than 4 characters, enter your last name in the Name on the Tax Notice
• If your business name is less than 4 characters or the first word is less than 4 characters, enter the fist word of your business name
• If your business name or last name is greater than 4 characters, enter at least 4 characters of any part of your name
